MAX Build is a manufacturers representative acting as a building and energy consultant. We support the regional build community to build Low-Energy and Net-Zero residential and light commercial construction. We match your build priorities and budget to make your project successful.

MAX Build assists with providing high-performance building envelopes (>1 ACH), solar and Heating, Ventilation & Air-Conditioning (HVAC). The combination of these services provides a Low-Energy or Net-Zero building that is extremely comfortable, healthy, strong, energy-efficient and cost-effective to build. Build Anything – single-family, multi-family, light commercial, any architectural style, custom homes, workforce housing, tiny homes, ADU, timber frame, steel frames and more.

Build Stronger – Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) are 250% stronger than conventional stick framing. Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) are even stronger. Both can be engineered to meet Miami-Dade wind and California seismic certifications.

Build Faster with Less Complexity & Cost – Reducing build complexity, reduces labor, reduces build time, reduces cost and reduces build risk. There are several ways to do this. The best example is the building envelope. A Structural Insulated Panel (SIP) envelope is structure, insulation and air-sealing installed in one step to produce a one (1) or less Air Changes per Hour (ACH) building. The SIP one-step installation replaces the traditional framing, insulation and air-sealing steps. This minimizes complexity, labor, build time, cost, risk and builds a better building.

High-Performance Building Envelopes

We work with your builder and/or our partners to provide high-performance building systems for residential and light commercial construction.
We provide Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) consisting of an insulating foam core sandwiched between two structural facings. SIPs are manufactured under factory controlled conditions and can be fabricated to fit nearly any building design.
The result is a continuously insulated building envelope that is extremely strong, energy-efficient and cost-effective. Building with SIPs will save you time, money, and labor.
